- Stretch/warm-up routines
- Strengthening exercises using resistance bands, weights, and plate-loaded equipment
- Balance class consisting of basic floor exercises as well as the use of equipment such as bosu balance balls.
- pool activities such as swimming, water aerobics, and volleyball
- Step aerobics with music as tempo
- Core exercises including both floor and standing exercises
New activities may be included, as participants desire, to vary their modes of exercise. You may participate in any or all activities each day. We welcome individuals with all fitness levels.
